Nikon, Angithi, plan bs, SBD, ……………..

Being a customer of Nikon corporation has its advantages, specially if someone in your family also happens to be a good friend of the distributor in your part of the world, and specially around christmas and new year, ‘coz everyone everywhere celebrates ze new year….. Which kindda explains a calendar and two beauttttttttttttttifulllllllllll diaries my parents received today and well both have been in great demand with my parents…... The calendar is produced as a result of a microscopy photograph contest which Nikon organizes each yr, and umm sadly the calendar costs $12 to buy (that is unless ur gifted one), which is pretty sad becoz though most of ze photos r beautiful they r pretty abstract and hardly relate to nething neone wud have normaly seen…....... Ze diary, though a beautiful black leather bound affair sadly costs way more than the calendar and comes in at something like $36, and well me am unable to understand who in zis world wud be crazy enuf to spend this kind of money on a diary and a calendar, no matter how beautiful they r (ya me know abt the pirelli calendar, but then its price is debatable, mostly becoz its supposed to have immense amts of photographic value).................. And though Nikon diaries r pretty sought after (mostly becoz they have a lot of information on nikon’s photographic systems and r really worth showing off), I doubt neone really ends up buying them ‘coz most of ze guys I’ve seen it with r either Nikon employees or Nikon’s customers…........................ Hmm neways ze panda doesn’t really care since he managed to take one of ze diaries from his parents, and umm by the time they stop receiving these he’d make sure zat he’s in Nikon’s good boox and gets these diaries for free, but me still wonders abt who actualllllllllllllllllly pays for these things, and if no one does then u does Nikon have to fit this huge price tag to these things???????????????

Me am also happy to report zat ze angithi me parents had come up with sometime bak is working brilliantly, and zat potatoes baked on it have become a staple for my family (tastes kindda like potato in the jacket though the jacket is scorched), and well me am still trying to convince dad to try ze grill trick on it, though he says he’s building another one of these things so me guess ze likelihood of actually getting something like zis increases dramatically with an increase in the number of angithis, though a lot of other factors step in so me am still waiting for getting one of those nice little grilleee thingees, and umm since everything seems to be deferring itself to a later date, me guesses that this wud also be deferred to a later date…........

Zis is a bad time for windows users, with one of my friends reporting zat some new security patch on Win 98 is causing explorer to go haywire, and severely restricting access to the file system and control panel…..... Now zis wud be sad news for the many thousands of users who download these patches to secure their computer against threats and reduce vulnerabilities, and considering that some part of this crowd of users wud have urgent work to do on their computers, work that probably affects their financial status, and is probably verrrrrrrrrrry verrrrrrrrrrry important (like a lot of zese humans and chimps works turn out to be), microsoft shud probably inform users abt zis problem or maybe create a nice virus type thingee which goes around correcting ze security patches mistakes, though I doubt the chimps and ppl at microsoft wud actuallllllllllllllly do that…..................

R plan b’s and c’s really worth it if ppl know abt them???? I know for a fact dat my plan b won’t work if ppl find out wat it is, and well if i do implement plan b there can’t be a plan c (or d or e or f) since plan b is kindda failsafe, which is where ze issue emerges…... For rather unmentionable reasons plan b has come into prominence within ze day with quite a few (read gr8r than 1 though exact number shall remain undisclosed) ppl asking me wat it is, and though I’ll never tell neone what it is (I am a stubborn/headstrong donkeypanda) if thats wat u wanna believe, but ze question of ze day is if u have a realllly reallllllly failsafe plan b, which will succeed if no one else finds out abt it, but if someone does it won’t work, wud u tell neone????????????

Other than that MacWorld starts at San Francisco today and well Im kindda hoping ze rumors of ze $100 iPod, or ze rumors of giving one iPod free to every panda come true, since after seeing one 2 many iPod, I seriously want my own, and unless prices fall by as much as they shud its unlikely zat I’ll be recieving it ne time soon….....

I have discovered zat me Net Conn has a half life period, though its defined in a slightly different manner as compared to ze definition for radioactive half life periods. Ze panda’s net conn half life period is ze average time in which an unattended PSTN connection drops bandwidth and speeds for the connected system by 90% making it unlikely dat u can do nething with ze connection without disconnecting and reconnecting….. While these recent observations of extreme connection speed fallouts may be a result of the chimpish conspiracy which has been rendering a lot of things useless for me, it is still a verrrrrrrrrry observable phenomenon on all PSTN connections used by ze panda, in fact while writing zis very entry, ze panda went thru an extended period of Severe Bandwidth Discomfort (SBD for short) with all sorts of strange things (including an inability to connect to apple.com, check mailbox, open google, open h2g2, and frequent disconnects on Messenger)......... Now if zis SBD is a result of some chimpish conspiracy to keep me from chatting with friends, it WILLLLL NOT SUCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEED, ZE PANDA WILL NOT BE COWED DOWN BY SUCH INCHIMPISH ACTIONS AGAINST HIM, though ze panda is verrrrrrrrrry unhappy abt ze frequent bouts of SBD he’s had to face over recent days and wud be verrrrrrry happy if someone somewhere helped him out with zis little SBD problem of his….........

Ze Panda
still trying to figure out a cure for SBD…..............
